Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.
Learn MoreThey might be good at the surgical portion of things but bedside manner sucks my husband had a procedure done here and I wasn't allowed to wait with him before the procedure or even able to sit with him in recovery which wouldn't normally be a big deal but he's never had anything done like this before
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were always asking if I was doing ok and let me know the step by step process of what I would be having done. It all went very well and seemed very comfortable. Everyone was fantastic there!
BAD COMMUNICATION WITH BILLING!!! No complaints about the procedure. Very frustrating the communication with the billing departments (PLURAL) was told I would have a high payment the day of procedure but then never told anything about having an even HIGHER bill afterwards from the physicians. They have the endoscopy group portal where you get non stop texts to remind you to pay them but you can never get a hold of anyone! I tried the texting option and it doesn't work. You have to go through a cryptic portal to see their responses. Then you also have to pay a "facility fee" to a different department because they are different companies. Never received any cohesive bill showing procedure codes or where my very large payment went from the day of procedure. Just a dumbed down online bill telling me to pay. I wish they could show me they re-verified my benefits before the procedure but I think they didn't. I have no plans to use this facility ever again because of the poor communication!!
Every one was so friendly and professional, thank you so much for your help and care, God bless every one, thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
