Learn MoreThe doctor and nurses were kind and professional. They took me in time for my procedure. My issue was with the office itself. I had trouble with the patient portal and called the office. There was no reply, I emailed, no reply. I finally got a hold of a nurse and we resolved the issue however after my procedure I had some issues and was advised more testing. I'm called the office 4x which sent me to texting, so I texted, I sent multiple messages on the patient portal(over 4). 1 a day throughout a week no one ever responded. I called and kept calling 3x until I could get a hold of a person instead of the system. My concerns were finally addressed and yes I needed more services but there was no apology for the failing to communicate. If this ever happens again I'm seeking a different doctor. I was I tears for days trying to just get the follow up tests scheduled and a couple questions answered. That's really bad patient care.
Outstanding experience from start to finish.
I arrived on time was called a few minutes after signed some forms.the experience was pleasant, the staff was very friendly.
The team was very welcoming, the procedure is explained in detail by the nurse and the doctor, and it was quick process.
